My client is looking for a Loans Administrator to join their team in there head office based in Egham due to expansion.

Within this position you will be responsible for processing the case from the initial enquiry through to completion reporting directly into Head of Operations.

Location: Egham

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 (Dependant on experience)

Hours: Monday –Friday

Key duties:

* Processing the case from the initial enquiry thorough to completion of the loan

* Maintaining strong working relationships with lenders

* Ensuring service levels are high

* Following up on any quotations provided

* Dealing with clients directly to ensure the highest level of customer service

* Working to tight deadlines ensuring a strong attention to detail

Key requirements:

* Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner

* The ability to build long lasting client relationships

* Confident

* The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced challenging environment
