An excellent opportunity for a person who is fluent in Manderin and English and who has superb customer services and communication skills.

The hours for this role need to fit in with other offices around the globe and so are 1pm - 8pm Monday - Friday. These will change slightly as the clocks go back and forwards.

The company works in an open plan friendly office with in an International Customer Service hub.

The role involves dealing with worldwide customers over the telephone, and the internet, helping customers with their orders, taking payments, ensuring all paperwork is in order and that the goods are dispatched safely. Most importantly ensuring the customer is happy with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others.
