SALARY: OTE £40,000 open ended for the successful individual plus car and excellent career progression.

LOCATION: This is a field based role covering Kent, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Essex, Herts, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Ashford, Guildford, Haslemere, Aldershot, Farnborough, Basingstoke, Camberley, Woking, Winchester, Cranleigh.

Opportunity to join a stable and well established privately owned pest control company in a field based sales role.

This is an efficiently run organisation offering an individual commission structure to reward achievement and a profit share scheme to all employees. The business has various expansion plans, including franchises in other geographical areas, you will be required to assist and support these and for the right candidate directorship could be offered in the future.

Your role will be the sale of pest control services, i.e. the removal of rats, mice, birds through to bed bugs. Your clients could be retail, office or leisure end users. Some leads are generated by the sales office and internet but your own business generation efforts are also required.

Previous experience in a related pest control sales environment will be advantageous along with the determination to succeed as part of a tight knit team.
