Our client is URGENTLY seeking an Operations/ Care Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing four childrens homes, a school and a nursery in Deal.

The successful candidate will be required to deal with young people referrals.
You will also be able to develop the business.

The ideal candidate will already be a Qualified Social Worker.
You must also possess previous experience of Managing a childrens service.

Salary is to be confirmed. Proposed salary will be between £30-£35k

This job is a Full time - Permanent post.
