My prestigious client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join there team.

Main purpose of job: Create, implement and review marketing strategy, planning and budgets to meet business and mission objectives.

Responsible to: Senior Marketing Manager

Essential Experience:

Minimum 3 years blue chip commercial marketing experience
Creation and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and budgets across B2B and B2C channels
Management of creative and media agencies
Reporting on ROI
Understanding of target audience and use of CRM systems
Ability to use key Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Creative copywriting
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in writing and verbally to Director Level and across target audiences
Clear strategic thinker who can translate customer/brand insight into creative strategies
Excellent internal/external stakeholder management
Energy and enthusiasm

Ideally you will have had experience working within a professional services or FSA regulated organisation and be fully conversant with the rules and regulations associated with through the line marketing activities.
You will have experience of customer relationship marketing maybe as part of a loyalty programme and have experience of managing integrated communications strategies.

With at least 3 years proven marketing experience, you must be highly numerate and analytical with a full understanding of running a marketing budget.
Capable of engaging board level colleagues as well as briefing creatives and agencies, you must have a keen creative eye and well honed copywriting skills. Interpersonal and communication skills are vital for this position as is a flexible, tenacious and positive attitude.
