EXPERIENCE :
You must currently be a Contracts Manager, BDM, or Consultant within the Asbestos Industry, preferably with S301 and P402 qualifications. You must be client facing with provable successes at growing accounts.
OPPORTUNITY :
The specialist division is part of a £38 million group, set up 4 years ago to solve an experience gap within the business and has seen phenomenal growth over the last year, with a policy of securing first supplier contracts with carefully selected national major accounts. Their market share is steadily increasing.

Your role within the business is two fold, to ensure the smooth running of the current contract and to secure the next contracts. On a day to day basis you may be surveying, taking samples, drawing out floor plans, producing quotes, presentations, arranging teams, material and tools to arrive on site. Overseeing the jobs, sorting out any issues and completing any statutory logs. As well as working on asbestos management programs, completing clients asbestos monitoring and compliance programs.

Wherever possible you should be on the look out for any potential new clients to bring on board, which you can do and earn high levels of bonus, or hand to the Sales Manager and receive lower bonus.

You must currently be working within a recognised Asbestos removals company or Asbestos Consultancy company.
