As Service Manager, you’ll lead our team on adult protection issues and quality assurance, pushing our high standards even further. Whether it’s sharing out daily assignments or communicating with care management teams to help improve the lives of our service users.
You will work in partnership with KCC, managing our ‘out of hours’ team, Care Coordinators and Team Leaders. Experience is essential. Candidate will be NVQ RMA Level 4 qualified.
