Recruitment Consultant (Care Temporaries Division)
Team Support Services has celebrated last year its 20th anniversary & we specialise in the provision of temporary and permanent Industrial, Driving, Care & office staff. We are based in Medway and cover the whole of the Kent region.
We are looking to develop all our divisions.
The Role:
This is a warm desk but a new role.
You will be solely responsible for business development for your designated division
- Responsible for putting together a business development strategy, including researching clients in the Kent region across all sectors
- Contacting prospect clients regarding their temporary recruitment requirements
- You will be supported by a ‘Servicing’ Temps Consultant, who will cover the registration of candidates, filling of bookings, temp payroll and timesheet submission; freeing you up to grow the desk.
You will be measured against the following KPI’s:
• Client Conversions
• Revenue growth by week / month
• Number of temps, growth by week / month
• Visits booked / attended
• Sales calls – however we focus more on quality of call over quantity of calls
The Person:
- All applicants must have a proven track record in sales / business development in the Recruitment Industry.
- You must have experience of achieving and exceeding targets!
- This is a challenging and highly-targeted sales role; therefore you must be driven and self-motivated
We will be holding 'staged interviews' and will ask you to present your business development ideas to Directors in final stages.

Salary will be negotiable and dependent on skills and experience; commission payments and structure will be discussed during the interview process.
