A Specialist Children with Disabilities Team, seeking a Social Worker to provide support to existing Team of Social Workers by carrying out Assessments. Revelant experience in a Social Care field is essential and will need good communication skills and be adept at working with other agencies, as an established Team we offer a supportive and happy working environment and strong supervision is guaranteed. The role will include managing a caseload involving work with children with a variety of disabilities: providing Needs Assessment and Care Plan. You will assess the needs of children with disabilities, whilst recognising the needs of carers require assessment and provision but promoting the welfare of the child at all times. You must have a good working knowledge of the expectations of The Children Act 1989.


Must have a full current driving licence.
