Experienced Qualified Social Worker needed to work in a Hospital Care Management Team. You will need to have experience of working in a hospital enviroment and excellent communication skills. (DipSW essential) This is a full time position and there is a great package available for the right candidate. You must be registered with GSCC and be CRB approved.
