Job Profile:
Analysing and assessing Client`s exposure to risk against non-compliancy with ACOP/L8 and producing bespoke Water Management Policies and budgeting advice.

Responsibilities:-·
- Analysing and assessing Client`s exposure to risk against non-compliance with ACOP/L8 primarily within the Social Housing market. ·
- Data analysis, handling and manipulation of confidential Client information via varying IT software packages and tools.·
- Meeting and reporting to Clients and Line Manager on progress·
- Auditing Water Management Policies and identifying non-compliance with suggested improvements.·
- Informing Clients of the requirements of ACOP/L8 and providing professional advice and training as required.·
- Develop communications strategies for Clients to allow information exchange between relevant working bodies.
- Market service and win new commissions

Experience·
- Detailed knowledge of ACOP/L8 and its application.
- Experience of report and policy writing. ·
- Background of working within local authority/social housing environment.·
- Background of working within risk management or compliancy consultation role.·
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and other database packages.
- Working knowledge of varying forms of contracts and specifications including measured term, JCT, NBS and NES.·
- Working knowledge of design standards and installation practices such as TM13, HTM04 and WRAS would be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Suitable technical within a engineering, maintenance or microbiological field from HNC level or higher (preferably to degree level)·
- 2 Years within comparable maintenance, contracts or consultancy
