SOUS CHEF – branded restaurant – package up to £24,000 –
This superb, well established restaurant chain continues to grow throughout the country. Due to this expansion they are looking for qualified Chefs with experience of high volume catering.
Although branded the standard of food is very high and everything is made in house by a talented brigade of chefs. So it is also essential you have some knowledge of working with fresh, seasonal cuisine.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and be a great trainer and motivator for the junior members of the team.
