Buyer / Senior Buyer required for Kent based Residential Developer. £40 - £45k plus package. Excellent opportunity with market leading developer.
Our client is the South East arm of a National Developer known for the qualatiy of the build and finish of there developments. They are a multi award winning company throughout the regional businesses with the South East leading the way.
Due to continued success the buying team is looking to bring in a Buyer/ Senior Buyer with residential buying experience to join a team of three Seniors and one assistant reporting directly into the Managing Senior Buyer.
You will have the responsibility of looking after the buying needs of up to six sites at any one time sourcing the best prices, taking off and scheduling material products such as Bricks, Blocks in fact any material used in building mass units.
The candidate will ideally have a residential background working in a similar position. They use the COINS buying system so knowledge of this would be a bonus but not essential. Excel knowledge is required.
