New Home Sales Advisor
Based on-site in East London for a large new homes developer
In this role you will be required to be based on the site in the sales hub selling the new homes
Ideally new homes sales experience is needed for this post, or property sales experience exposure in general for this particular role.
The post will require -
Face to face customer liaison/selling properties to potential buyers
Showing around properties
Dealing with all visitors that call or come into the sales hub
Responding to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manor
Ensure the client is fully informed of progress of the sale
Generate additional sales from home buyer incentives
Updating of internal database
Able to be a team player as well as work alone
Must be proactive and eager to close each sale
Aftercare for buyers that move in to the property
Need excellent communication skills and be well presented
Conversant with whole sales process
Enthusiastic sales orientated candidate who is approachable and personable
This role requires someone who can do the sales side of the role as well as customer service and administration part of the role
Salary is 17-23k depending on experience plus commission which is uncapped! Great opportunity to earn a good salary package!
Working hours 930-5pm Monday - Sunday working 5 days out of 7, all candidates must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays
