This really is a great opportunity to work with a team of 4 very talented Pastry Chefs, preparing the highest standard of cuisine.
This superb contemporary restaurant has been awarded numerous accolades and never stops striving for more. There is a brigade of 17 chefs making everything from fresh, seasonal produce, including bread, pastry, ice cream and chocolates.
Currently they are looking for a Commis Pastry Chef with plenty of ambition and dedication. A better training will be hard to find as the Head Pastry Chef has superb experience he is keen to pass on to his team.
