A really great opportunity to work under a very talented Pastry Chef preparing the highest standard of cuisine.
This superb contemporary restaurant has been awarded numerous accolades and never stops striving for more. There is a brigade of 17 chefs making everything from fresh, seasonal produce, including bread, pastry, ice cream and chocolates.
Currently they are looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside the extremely creative Pastry Chef. The menus are modern British and you will have plenty of opportunity to input your own ideas onto the menus.
If you are an ambitious Pastry Chef looking to develop your skills further this could be the ideal role for you.
