A unique local graduate opportunity working within a niche recruitment company located within Tunbridge Wells.
My market leading client is seeking new graduates to join the thriving business.
Candidates will start as a Trainee Resource Consultant and develop through and extensive graduate training agenda to reach Consultant level. The training is demanding and provides candidates with in-depth knowledge of the industry sector as well as developing the necessary skill set required for working within recruitment. This comprises of modular courses with continued assessment as well as on-the-job learning and personal training.
Candidate must have graduated within the last 18months ideally obtaining 2:1 or above. You will have a strong understanding of the role of a recruiter and clearly be able to demonstrate this when questioned. Candidate must be self motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. This is a sales based role and although the rewards of success are high you must have a natural resilient and competitive nature.
A great deal of your day will be spent speaking with clients and candidates therefore candidates must be articulate with solid use of grammar both verbally and written. You will have a persuasive manner and be comfortable with speaking to companies to initiate new business development.
