CHEF DE PARTIE – excellent Head Chef - £15-17,000 -
This very popular and extremely busy restaurant with rooms, is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef.
With a brigade of 5 chefs they cater for both the lounge and restaurant, a fantastic terrace with outstanding views and a range of private dining areas which are used for special events and parties. The menus are modern European and everything is prepared from fresh, seasonal produce, with as much as possible sourced locally and grown within the grounds.
There is a superb Head Chef with an excellent career history, so a tremendous training is guaranteed.
