This really is a great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef looking to take their career to the next level.
An exceptional Head Chef is running the kitchen of a very busy gastro pub and due to their continued success, they are looking for a strong Sous Chef to strengthen the team.
The menus are modern British and European and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. You will be second within a brigade of 7 professional chefs and be involved with the day to day running of this fast paced kitchen. Your duties will include menu planning, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the junior chefs and ensuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are being adhered to.
