I am currently searching for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to join the team at a prestigious golf club. Situated in East Kent, this privately owned establishment boasts a whole range of facilities including first class accommodation, dining and function facilities, clubhouse and spike bars. With constant investment in the business, they are looking to develop further this year and need an experienced individual to take the helm of the extremely busy F and B Department. The emphasis on this role is establishing a high standard of service and ensuring that your team’s skills are highly tuned to meet the expectations of a very discerning clientele.
Ideally, I am looking for someone from a 4/5 star hotel background but I would be equally happy to hear from you if you have experience of running large scale catering operations in an alternative area of the industry. 2012 will be a significant year for this business and this is a golden opportunity to join an established and financially secure organisation and play a major role in its continued success.
