Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a great opportunity for a candidate with a good understanding of home / household Insurance from a Broker perspective.
This role is ideal for a senior Account Handler or Broker with a good level of Personal Lines experience either looking to make the step up to a team leader role or who already has some level of management experience.
You will head up a small but busy specialist team dealing purely with Household business including new business enquiries, mid term adjustments, renewals and general customer service.
This broker has a great atmosphere and a very busy and vibrant working environment with a motivated and dedicated team who will be a pleasure to work with, coach and motivate as well as assisting with training, appraisals and setting targets.
You will be a good communicator, confident and outgoing as well as highly organised and able to cope with the pressure when things get really busy. You must have a good technical understanding of Household Insurance, products and procedures and be able to pass on your skills and knowledge to less experienced team members.
Generous basic salary will be somewhere in the twenties but you will have plenty of opportunities to earn significant performance related commission on top of this.
