EXPERIENCE :
You must currently be a ACOP L8 Legionella Risk Assessor with City & Guilds Risk Assessor Qualifications and water treatment background.
OPPORTUNITY :
The business is a multi-million world wide business with multiple branches across the U.K.
Due to massively growing demand they need an experienced ACOP L8 Legionella Risk Assessor with hands on water treatment experience. You will be working mainly on larger and more complex buildings including hospitals, local authorities, tourist sites, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals. However, there will also be smaller risk assessments to do on care homes, dental surgeries, vets etc.
Day to day you will work closely with the Internal Co-ordination Team and the Service Manager either booking your own appointments to suit your schedule or the office will book them for you if you prefer. Initially with new sites you will need to do a safety inspection, checking Asbestos logs, lighting around the tanks, safe footing etc, conduct a pipe work survey, tank condition survey, updated asset list and finally a full ACOP L8 Legionella Risk Assessment mostly for water systems, occasionally for cooling towers or industrial processes.
To be considered for this role you must currently be experienced with completing ACOP L8 Legionella Risk Assessments, pipe work surveys and tank condition reports, if your experience is still fairly basic the company will invest in training for you.
