LEAD SITE MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL) REQUIRED EARLY NOVEMBER 2011.
Site Manager required to run phases 4 and 6 (40 units+) of a Residential development for one of the UK’s largest developers.
Mixed construction methods used on site: Traditional build spec housing and Timber Frame HA apartments. The site is at varying stages of construction ranging from piling, groundworks, superstructures and pre-plaster.
You will be responsible for short-term programmes, management of sub-contractors, overseeing all construction activities, management of an Assistant Site Manager, ordering materials & plant, progress reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, Health & Safety on site, NHBC liaison, HA liaison, customer liaison.
****Mandatory Experience
- Working as a lead Site Manager previously.
- Experience of main stream residential development.
****Mandatory Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS Management Card
- First Aid
- Scaffold inspection (preferred).
