We are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to be based in the Gatwick area.


You will be based in a busy office and you will work directly for the Site Manager, as well as the rest of the team as and when needed.


You must have worked in the construction industry before and ideally, you will have experience of tender administration.


The key responsibilities of this role are:


- Working alongside the Programme and Quality Manager and assisting with day-to-day tasks, to ensure timely delivery of documentation
- Using information from suppliers to produce and upload information into Health and Safety files, in line with specific requirements and standards
- Handling and screening incoming calls and dealing with first line queries
- Recording data accurately onto electronic formats
- Dealing with daily post - scanning, emailing and distributing
- Dealing with all ad hoc general duties as and when required by the site manager and the team
