CHEF DE PARTIE – great training and career prospects! –
This progressive company is currently going through a period of expansion and have recently opened a beautiful site in the South East.
Having undergone a complete refurbishment, they are now open and surpassing all their targets. Due to this success they are looking for a Chef de Partie to strengthen the team.
The emphasis here is on using high quality, fresh produce to prepare simple, modern cuisine. There is a brigade of 7 chefs and you will be a crucial part of the team, assisting on all sections of this first class kitchen.
Although company owned you will be encouraged to contribute ideas for the regularly changing menus and have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal produce, most of which is sourced locally.
Ideally we are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with plenty of flair and imagination, who is ready now to take on their next challenge.
