Senior Site / Project manager required. Salary negotiable circa �45 k plus travel / package

Our Client is a build and soft civil contractor working within the rail and transport industry as well as other environments. They have become a well established and recognised company within the London Underground environment offering the following services:
� Civils
� New build
� Enabling works
� General building
� Surveys
� Steelwork fabrication and installation
� Station platform works

The company has a had a steady turnover of around �6m for the past three years and 2012 is looking to be another good year with a number of new projects coming online.

Due to a number of new projects going live our client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our existing project team, who has the ability and flexibility to work within this unique environment. All projects are in the London and Greater London area and can range in value anything up to �3m. Projects are all refurbishment, new builds and general build work within London Underground properties, office space and public areas.

The candidate will need:

� Will have a solid work history in a similar role
� Will work well under pressure and be able to deal with ambiguity
� Have a sound experience of building/civils works
� Good commercial awareness
� Computer skills - Word, Outlook, Excell
� People management of site and office staff along with client liaison skills
� Planning � good organisational skills with priority to carry out job to a high, accurate standard
