Recruitment Resourcer required.

From our Maidstone branch we operate within the M25 supplying freelance recruitment solutions to all sectors of the construction industry. Due to keen expansion plans within the London Trades sector we have a requirement for a Recruitment Resourcer.
As our Resourcer you will be responsible for recruiting new freelance candidates, ensuring all candidates comply with legislation i.e. collecting identification, relevant documentation and checking references.
Other duties involve:
- Attending client meetings in and around London.
- Client liaison.
- Setting up candidate contracts.
- Payroll duties: Collecting timesheets.
- Assisting recruitment consultants.
- General administration.
Starting at grass roots as a Recruitment Resourcer you will be given continuous training and receive the opportunity to progress within the company and become a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant you will receive a competitive salary, company car or allowance + uncapped commission scheme.
