Site Manager required by a market leading contractor for specialist medical design and build fit out projects across Kent Surrey and the London area. Circa £40 basic salary and genuine chances to progress.

Our client is a specialist fit out and design and build contractor with an established client base of both private and public healthcare frame works across the South East region. They specialise in:
Pre installation works for x ray equipment involving specialist materials such as lead linings and protective panels, observation windows and doors etc.
Storage works with built in work surfaces, bespoke solutions
Reception areas such as bespoke receptions and finishes, safety glazing and privacy booths, compliant to NHS and DDA regulations.
Due to expansion and a number of new projects coming through our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee singular projects which can range in value from £250 up to £2M
The Site Manager will be in charge of the day to day progress of the project and be responsible for the delivery to the clients specification. As the environment is often live the candidate will need to have good client facing skills and have experience of live environments. The candidate will be in charge of running a small team of fitters and carpenters and ultimately reporting into the regional contract manager.
The candidate will need:
Site Management experience
SMSTS prefered. CSCS
Fit out experience in the commercial environment
Flexible to travel across the South East Region
Good client facing skills
Health and Saftey qualifications
Able to drive projects, motivate work force
