Senior Quantity Surveyor required for residential developer based in North Kent. £50 - £55k plus package - residential new build experience required.
Our client is part of a large national group of residential developers based in Kent and covering the Southern section of Kent, Surrey and Sussex . They currently have 12 live sites at various phases of development incorporating sites of Executive developments of 15 units through to massive projects of up to 1000 houses and apartments. They have a number of new sites starting over the summer months and the next few years will see a huge amount of new projects staring to take shape.
Due to continued expansion our client is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to it’s Commercial Team.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be office based and responsible for the financial running of sites ranging in size and unit type and reporting directly into the Regional Surveying Manager and the Unit Commercial Director. You will be responsible for all commercial profit and loss for each project you work on, produce cost value reconciliation reports, attend meetings and appoint sub contractors as well as everyday Surveying duties.
