Registered Nurses Required - Maidstone and surrounding areas
Hours: Full time/ Part time positions available
Description: Nurse Plus are currently recruiting experienced RGN's/RMN's for work based in the above areas. You will be working with an established teams to provide excellent care to elderly service users. Positions available include working within Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Mental Health. You will receive excellent pay rates, holiday and regular training updates as part of this package.
Requirements;
The ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
Be able to work effectively within a team. Supervise, teach and delegation to junior staff.
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Be ble to use own initiative and make sound ethical decisions.
Self motivation, able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programme of care for a group of at least six patients.
Sound clinical skills.
Able to produce accurate legible records.
Current certificates in Basic life support , moving and handling, Fire Health and Safety ; Infection control are required however full updates can be arranged should these certificates no longer be valid.
