Permanent opportunity for Quantity Surveyors with a market leading dry lining and facades contractor.
Senior / Quantity Surveyor required for a specialist Interior and exterior fit out company working across the South East and London area. £35 - £45k plus car allowance, travel expenses and genuine chances to progress.

This expanding contractor who specialise in internal fit out and external facade works are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to look after two or three commercial projects ranging in size and location but generally in the London / South East Region.
Due to expansion and an enviable work book the client is looking to interview suitable candidates immediately.
As QS you will be responsible for all commercial profit and loss of the project or projects you work on and will be expected to produce cost value reconciliation reports, and attend meetings with clients. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Candidate will need :
to come from a commercial background and have experience of internal and external fitout projects in the commercial and / or residential market.
Flexibility to work across London and the South East
Experience of running 2 - 4 projects simultaneously.
