Assistant Site Manager required for a National Housing Developer. Site based in Ashford, Kent. Salary up to £28 k plus packages dependant on experience.
Our client is a national developer who has established themselves a leading house building brand specialising in country homes, landmark city and waterside schemes with an unrivalled reputation for design and quality.
They are currently looking to employ an Assistant Site Manager for a timber frame project based in central Kent. Reporting into the experienced Senior Site manager on site the role will focus on taking units from the Site Manager after the Dry Lining has been completed and taking the units through to a high quality finish and handover.
The ideal candidate will have a CSCS card, be scaffold trained, be SMSTS certified and be 1st aid trained.
