Senior Estimator required with experience of very high quality residential refurbishment. Salary up to £65k plus package. Based in North Kent. Excellent opportunity.
Our client is a well established main contractor operating across many sectors such as new build, refurbishment, fit out in commercial, education, healthcare etc.
Due to expansion, the requirement for a Senior Estimator has become apparent. Ideally they are looking for someone who has estimated on residential refurbishment projects from £1m upwards, typically £3 - £7m, using the highest quality fittings, finishes and tradesman.
