Go Recruit are currently looking to recruit a Bi-lingual Recruitment Account Supervisor for our client to look after numerous sites across Kent.
Must be fluent in English and preferably Polish
Duties will involve
1. Checking in the staff daily for day and night shift and co-ordinating all staff onto the factory floor prior to shift start.
2. Arranging all temporary staff for the shift the following day - coordinating all of the bookings.
3. Completing daily administration - Must have good PC skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office, word and excel applications.
4. Interviewing staff daily to increase the headcount on site
5. Building a strong rapport with the client
Hours of work are between 6am + 4.00pm on average but flexibility will be required.
You will need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle as travel between sites will be necessary.
