SOUS CHEF – exciting new opening on Sussex coast –
This newly refurbished pub has a beautiful bar area, an 80 cover fine dining restaurant and stunning landscaped garden with further seating for the summer months.
With a very talented Head Chef in place they are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside him. The menus will be modern British and make the most of the abundant, fresh produce available to them locally.
The establishment will be open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and everything will be made in house by a gifted brigade of chefs.
As they will be striving for awards accolades the ideal candidate will have had some experience within a rosette awarded restaurant.
Benefits include a generous salary, many straight shifts and a great training from the Head Chef.
Due to the location of this property your own transport will be essential as there is no accommodation provided.
