Two opportunities for Quantity Surveyors with commercial new build and refurbishment experience. £35 - £45k plus car / car allowance healthcare pension etc. Based in Kent/ Surrey. Fantastic career progression opportunities.
Our client is a leading UK construction, infrastructure and design business with a national network of local offices. They work for private and public sector customers on projects from £50,000 to over £500 million.
They are currently looking for an ambitious and hard working individual with the potential to progress to a senior and potentially managerial level within the company
within their Special Projects team. The candidate must have experience of running commercial projects circa £3 – £5m such as health care, education, sports facilities, public works and will have working knowledge of JCT form of contract.
