We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to manage the food and beverage operation at this prestigious private members health and fitness club not far from the M25 in Essex.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operation of the members restaurant and bar, you will have responsibility for generating, planning, marketing and executing member social events. You will be fully responsible for ensuring that financial targets are met and costs controlled. The successful candidate will manage the reception area of the club, ensuring that all members receive the highest standards of service throughout their visit.
The General Manager is seeking a ‘hands on’ candidate looking for an exciting, but rewarding challenge who is inspired to help the club move forward. You will have existing restaurant management within a similar environment, or quality branded restaurant, although candidates from a hotel restaurant background will also be considered.
