Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading name in the Insurance Market.
An Assistant Underwriter is required to play a key role in a team dealing solely with household business.
The team will be expected to consistently deliver a high level of service and dynamic trading behaviour.
Underwriting is mainly by telephone, Underwriting existing or aquiring new business
Form and develop broker relationships and developing accounts
Delivering a consistantly excellent customer service
Person Specification
Experience in household Insurance is essential either as an underwriter or account handler/broker
Consideration will be given to candidates who have insurance experience and the drive and potential to re-train in an underwriting discipline.
CII qualifications or progression towards qualification desirable.

Professional telephone manner
Negotiable salary will depend on experience.
