I am currently working with an award winning, fast-growing, and innovative e-commerce business on the outskirts of Tonbridge who have taken there chosen sector by storm! The company have a simple ethos, to manufacture high-performance, sustainable, cost-effective, convenient, and eco-friendly products, alongside excellent customer service and simple ordering process.

The ground-breaking product and service offering has secured them multiple awards, now they are scoping out new geographical locations and adding numerous products to their portfolio! A vacancy has arisen within their Operations team, they are looking for a methodical, tech-savvy, and motivated person to join them on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to go full-time if capable of doing so.

As a result of growth and employee progression within the business, a vacancy has arisen for a highly motivated, methodical, and detail orientated Sales Administrator to join the Operations team on a part-time basis (circa 25 hours per-week). This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join a company who have experienced and continue to experience tremendous growth – including new products, new markets, and new geographies!

This role is pivotal within the business and you will take charge to ensure the processing of over 150,000 units per week! You will ensure that the preparation and fulfilment of all orders is undertaken to ensure SLA’s and targets are met, whilst handling all associated administrative tasks associated with supply chain, operations, and reporting. You will need excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with numbers and information, whilst being proactive and a natural problem solver – not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
