We are a family firm looking to recruit an office assistant, with a can do attitude, to become an integral part of our team.
Must be computer literate and have a confident telephone manner, with the ability to work in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be able to carry out multiple tasks at once and work well within a team.
Key duties will include:
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Booking customer appointments
Typing up quotations
Making outbound calls to warm leads
Liaising with our teams of engineers, fabricators and fitters
Entering data onto company system
Assisting with maintaining Health & Safety records and staff training records
Website maintenance and updating social media
General office duties
Must have own transport due to our location
Initially 3 days a week 9.30am -2.30pm - £8.50- £9.50ph negotiable depending on experience.
